What is a shift adjusted stage-discharge rating?

Data collection and transmission of data at this site may be terminated on October 1,
2018, due to a lack of funding. Continuation of data collection will occur only if
additional funds are made available through other federal, state, local, or private
entities.  Please contact Jeremy White of the Virginia-West Virginia Water Science
Center at 304-347-5130 with any questions.
