Station Notes
rainfall The 1-hour precipitation data for this station are temporary and will only be displayed for 60 days. Time series of 1-hour or cumulative daily values will NOT be available for retrieval following the 60-day display period. Although the instrumentation is calibrated at least once/year, the temporary classification means that documented routine inspections and other quality assurance measures are not performed that would make the data acceptable for archival, retrieval, or future use in general scientific or interpretive studies.
gage The apparatus currently installed to determine discharge at this station, which was designed primarily to measure medium to high flows, produces unreliable results for the low discharges that now typically occur in the canal. Therefore, only gage height will be displayed until an improved method for producing reliable low discharges has been determined and installed.

This station managed by the Western Washington Field Office (Tacoma).
