DUE TO A REQUEST FROM THE COOPERATOR, DISCHARGE VALUES ARE SHOWN THROUGHOUT THE ICE-AFFECTED PERIOD RATHER THAN BEING FLAGGED AS ICE-AFFECTED WITH NO DISCHARGE SHOWN.
