During the winter, river stage may be significantly affected by backwater from ice, resulting in incorrect discharge data. Consequently, discharge data may not be displayed during periods of ice effect.

LOCATION.--Lat 42°51'20.0", long 87°59'26.6", S34, T5N, R21E, Milwaukee County, Hydrologic Unit 04040002, on right bank 50 ft downstream from 60th St. bridge.

DRAINAGE AREA.--127 square miles.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--October 2016 to present.

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 670 ft above NAVD of 1988, from topographic map.

REMARKS.--Gage-height telemeter at station.
