06236100 WIND RIVER ABOVE BOYSEN RESERVOIR, NEAR SHOSHONI, WY
LOCATION - Lat 43°07'44.3", long 108°13'29.4" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 SE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.24, T.2 N., R.5 E., Fremont County, WY, Hydrologic Unit 10080001, on left bank 5.3 mi upstream from Boysen Reservoir and 9.4 mi southwest of Shoshoni.
DRAINAGE AREA - 4,390 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - May 1990 to May 2013, September 2020 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder.  Elevation of gage is 4,775 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.  May 1990 to May 2013, at same site at datum 2.0 ft higher.  U.S. Geological Survey data collection platform with satellite telemetry at station.
REMARKS - Natural flow affected by Bull Lake, Pilot Butte Reservoir, and several small reservoirs, combined capacity, 190,000 acre-ft, and diversions for irrigation upstream from station.
