LOCATION - Lat 44°12'28.4", long 109°33'18.9" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.24, T.49 N., R.106 W., Park County, WY, Hydrologic Unit 10080013, Shoshone National Forest, on left bank 20 ft downstream U.S. Forest Service bridge, 0.4 mi downstream from Boulder Creek, 3.2 mi northeast of Valley, and 34 mi southwest of Cody.
DRAINAGE AREA - 297 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WRD WY 1974: 1963.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - October 1956 to September 1958, October 1959 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 6,200 ft above NAD of 1983, from digital map. Prior to Nov. 22, 1961 on left bank 75 ft upstream, Nov. 19, 2008 to April 4, 2013 on right bank 300 ft upstream. Water-stage recorder operated by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation 1926-32 approximately 1 mi downstream; records are equivalent. U.S. Geological Survey data collection platform with satellite telemetry at station.

Water Year 2018: records are good, except records for June 1 to July 15 are fair, and estimated records are poor.
Water Year 2017: records are good, except records for June 1 to July 15 are fair, and estimated records are poor.
Water Year 2016: records are fair, except estimated records are poor.

Water Year 2014: records are fair, except records from May 26-30 and estimated records 
are poor.
