LOCATION - Lat 41°39'41.42", long 87°33'11.96" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.30, T.37 N., R.15 E., Cook County, IL, Hydrologic Unit 04040001, at Grissom Elementary School, within the Hegewisch community, near the southeast side of Chicago, Illinois. 
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 16 ft. Upper casing diameter 1 in; top of first opening 11.2 ft, bottom of last opening 15.9 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 582 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of PVC casing at mark on west side, 3.0 ft above land-surface datum, Aug. 15, 2016 to present.

GROUNDWATER LEVELS: Aug. 2016 to Aug. 29, 2023.
