LOCATION - Lat 41°39'41.79", long 87°33'12.89" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.30, T.37 N., R.15 E., Cook County, IL, Hydrologic Unit 04040001, at Grissom Elementary School, within the Hegewisch community, near the southeast side of Chicago, Illinois. 
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 3.80 ft. Upper casing diameter 3 in; top of first opening 3 ft, bottom of last opening 3.7 ft.  
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 582 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of PVC casing, high NW side at mark. Top of FM casing = approx land surface at adj courts, 0.15 ft below land-surface datum, Aug. 15, 2016 to present.
