USGS 13134554 SNAKE R AT UPPER SALMON FALLS DAM NR HAGERMAN ID

LOCATION.--Lat 42° 46'01", long 114° 53'44"(Rev.)(NAD83), in NE1/4 NW1/4 NE1/4 sec.2, T.8 S., R.21 E., Gooding County, Hydrologic Unit 17040212, Hagerman quad., near right bank on Upper Salmon Falls Dam, approximately 3.5 mi south of Hagerman, and at mile 581.4.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--April 1991 to March 2001 (discontinued).

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 2,865.61 ft above sea level.

REMARKS.--Gage heights affected by backwater fluctuations from Idaho Power Company's Upper Salmon Falls diversion dam.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum gage height observed, 14.56 ft June 7, 1993; minimum gage height, 9.86 ft May 13, 1991.
