LOCATION - Lat 38°35'14", long 77°25'44" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Prince William County, VA, Hydrologic Unit 02070011, on right bank at upstream side of bridge on State Highway 619, 3.4 mi south of Independent Hill, 5.6 mi west of Dumfries, and 6.5 mi upstream from mouth.
DRAINAGE AREA - 7.62 mi².
