LOCATION - Lat 38°44'09", long 119°38'40" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SW 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.02, T.10 N., R.21 E., Alpine County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 16050201, on left bank, 4.4 mi north of State Highway 89, and 7.5 mi northeast of Markleeville.
DRAINAGE AREA - 10.8 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS

GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 6,300 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum discharge, 250 ft³/s, Dec. 31, 2005, gage height, 10.15 ft; minimum daily, no flow for many days in July to September, 2014, and August to September, 2015.
