LOCATION - Lat 26°46'14", long 81°22'28" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NW 1/4 SW 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.36, T.42 S., R.29 E., Glades County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090205, at Port La Belle Golf Course maintenance shop, 4.8 mi east of Birchwood Parkway, 0.7 mi north of State Road 80.
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR FL-79-2B:1977-78.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 138 ft. Upper casing diameter 8 in; top of first opening 128 ft, bottom of last opening 138 ft. Artesian well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 16 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of recorder shelf, 18.14 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Feb. 1977 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - February 1977 to October 2018 (continuous), November 2018 to current year.
