LOCATION - Lat 38°20'35.8", long 120°37'05.8" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.26, T.6 N., R.12 E., Calaveras County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 18040012, 125 ft south of Diamond Lane, 0.23 mi west of Lower Dorray Road and Diamond Lane intersection, and, 2.0 mi southwest of Glencoe.

CLIMATOLOGICAL RECORDS
INSTRUMENTATION - An 8-inch Novalynx model 260-2500e dual tipping-bucket precipitation gage is located ontop of a rapid deployment gage shelter. The top of the collection funnel is 8 feet above the ground surface and is not equipped with a wind shied. Rainfall is recorded at a resolution of 0.01-inch.
