LOCATION - Lat 41°00'57", long 95°07'50" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NW 1/4 NE 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.29, T.72 N., R.37 W., Montgomery County, IA, Hydrologic Unit 10240005, 0.3 mi east of intersection of County Highway H34 and M Avenue, and 3.8 mi east of Red Oak.
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR-US-2011: Datum.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 40 ft. Upper casing diameter 3 in; top of first opening undefined, bottom of last opening undefined. Drilled observation well, cased to 40 ft. All depths below land-surface datum.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,276.77 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: chiseled arrow on floor of DCP shelter, 2.47 ft above land-surface datum, Aug. 20, 1998 to present. Land-surface datum from lidar digital elevation model.
