LOCATION - Lat 42°43'47", long 76°53'02" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Seneca County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 04140201, 0.3 mi east of intersection of State Highway 96A and Smith Vineyard road, near Romulus , NY.

GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 3.50 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 3 ft, bottom of last opening 3.5 ft. Cased to 3.5 ft (screen, 3.0 ft to 3.5 ft). Well has filled in from original unknown depth to 3.5 ft as indicated by water level measurement of 3.65 ft, August 2001. Elevation of land-surface datum is 625 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 1995 to September 2014 (discontinued). Records for March 1995 to March 2004 are unpublished and available in files of the Geological Survey.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level, 0.06 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 14, 2007 and Jan. 25, 2010; lowest water level measured, 3.21 ft below land-surface datum, Aug. 25, 2005, but may have been lower when water levels were below transducer (see REMARKS).
