LOCATION.--Lat 30°24'16", long 81°52'26", referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NW ¼ NW ¼ NE ¼ sec.23, T.1 S., R.24 E., Duval County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03070204, 1.5 mi west of west end of Garden Street, off a private dirt road in Jacksonville. Owner: Monticello Drug Company.

AQUIFER.--Floridan aquifer system of the Tertiary System, Geologic Unit 120 FLRD.

WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Drilled, unused, artesian well, diameter 6 in, depth 708 ft, cased to 416 ft.

INSTRUMENTATION.--Water-stage recorder and data-collection platform.

DATUM.--Land-surface datum is 86.78 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Black mark on shelter floor, 1.29 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 1, 2009, to present. Prior to October 1991, land-surface datum considered to be 86.00 ft from topographic map.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--March 1971 to current year.
