LOCATION - Lat 36°47'12", long 85°21'55" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Cumberland County, KY, Hydrologic Unit 05130103,  
DRAINAGE AREA - 6,020 square miles.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - Stage recording gage installed Sept. 2007 by Nashville Corp of Engineers. USGS began operation as a stage/discharge site June 24, 2014.
GAGE - Water stage recorder. Datum of gage is 499.61 ft NAVD 88
REMARKS - Stage is significantly controlled by operation of Wolf Creek Dam 25 miles upstream.
