LOCATION.-- On downstream side of bridge on James Street, at Newport, and 7.5 mi upstream from the confluence with the Delaware River.
PERIOD OF RECORD.-- November 11, 1993 to current year.
GAGE.-- Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 0.00 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88). From October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2024, datum of gage is -0.09 ft above NAVD88. From November 11, 1993 to September 30, 2015, datum of gage is 0.00 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, and -1.14 ft above NAVD88.
REMARKS.--This is a tidal station. Discharge is not determined at this location.
