LOCATION.--Lat 42°39'48.4", long
73°44'41.5" referenced to North American Datum of
1983, Albany County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 02020006, on right
bank 100 ft upstream from culvert on Pearl Street, 1.0 mi
downstream from Tivoli Lake, and 0.4 mi upstream from mouth, at
Albany.
DRAINAGE AREA.--13.8 mi².
PERIOD OF RECORD.--December 2018 to current year.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 24.90 ft above NAVD of 1988.
REMARKS.--River regulated to some extent by several lakes and reservoirs upstream from station. Water Years 2019-23: Records fair except those for estimated daily discharges, which are poor.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 606 ft³/s, Aug. 4, 2020, gage height, 6.09 ft; minimum discharge, 3.1 ft³/s, Sept. 6, 2019, gage height, 1.56 ft.
