Click for larger image LOCATION.--Lat 39°23'44.7", long 76°39'46.4", Baltimore County, MD, Hydrologic Unit 02060003, on left bank at bridge on State Highway 25 (Falls Road), 500 ft downstream from Moores Branch, 1.43 mi southwest of Riderwood, and 12.8 mi upstream from mouth.
DRAINAGE AREA.--25.2 mi2.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--Annual maximum, water years 1958-66. April 1966 to September 1988, October 1996 to current year.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 229.04 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. October 1996 to March 2021, gage located 1,800 ft downstream at same gage datum. January 1958 to April 1966, non-recording gage at site 1,350 ft downstream at same gage datum.
REMARKS.--U.S. Geological Survey satellite data-collection platform at station.
