LOCATION .--Lat 43°06'00", long 88°50'58", in NW 1/4, SW 1/4 sec.4, T.7 N., R.14 E., Jefferson County, Hydrologic Unit 07090002, on left bank near upstream side of highway bridge in Milford, 1.4 mi downstream from Rock Creek and 9.8 mi upstream from mouth.

DRAINAGE AREA .--762 square miles.

PERIOD OF RECORD .--June 1931 to present.

REVISED RECORDS .--WSP 975: 1937-38. WSP 1438: 1932-33(M), 1935(M), 1937, 1938-41(M), 1943-44(M), 1947-48(M). WDR WI-79-1: Drainage area.

GAGE .--Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 779.38 ft above NAVD of 1988. Prior to July 28, 1966, nonrecording gage at present site and datum.

REMARKS .--Some diurnal fluctuation at lower flows, due to manipulation of gates on small dams upstream. Gage-height telemeter at station.
