1983, Queens County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 02030202, on right end
of upstream side of bridge in Brookville Park, opposite 144th
Avenue and 1,300 ft southwest of South Conduit Avenue, in
Rosedale.
DRAINAGE AREA.--12.9 mi².
PERIOD OF RECORD.--August 1993 to September 2006, August 2007 to April 2013, October 2024 to current year.
REVISIONS HISTORY.--WDR-US-2008: Drainage area.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 7.0 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
REMARKS.--Records fair except those for estimated daily discharges or above 110 ft³/s, which are poor.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 246 ft³/s, Oct. 19, 1996, Jan. 3, 1999, from rating curve extended above 110 ft³/s; maximum gage height, 6.40 ft, Oct. 29, 2012, backwater from high tide; no flow part of each day Jan. 9, 10, 1996, and many days during July to September 1999 and July and August 2002.
