LOCATION.-- On left bank downstream of highway bridge on Upper Pike Creek Road, 2.7 mi northeast of Newark, and 0.8 mi upstream from mouth.
PERIOD OF RECORD.-- Annual maximum, water years 1969-75. October 2019 to current year.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder and crest-stage gage. Datum of gage is 41.61 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. November 1968 to September 1975, nonrecording gage at site 0.35 mi downstream, on right upstream wingwall of bridge on State Highway 2, at datum 30.96 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.
PERIOD OF RECORD (Water Quality).-- October 2019 to current year.
This station managed by the MD-DE-DC Water Science Center Dover office.
