This gage is monitored in cooperation with the South Florida Water Management District.

LOCATION.--Lat 27°25'56", long 81°08'23" in NW1/4 sec.16, T.35 S., R.32 E., Okeechobee County, Hydrologic Unit 03090101, at South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) PC-33, 0.2 mi south of Micco Bluff shelter, 3.2 mi upstream of Structure 65-C, 7.0 mi northwest of Basinger, and 7.9 mi upstream of U.S. Highway 98.

DRAINAGE AREA.--2,035 mi2.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--June 2007 to September 2011 (discontinued).

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder, acoustic velocity meter, and data-collection platform. Continuous sediment sampler is operated at site. Datum of gage is at NAVD of 1988.

REMARKS.--Daily discharge published are those for the main channel only. Flow begins in the flood plain at discharges greater than approximately 1,800 cfs.
