bank at downstream end of municipal parking lot at Warren, 1,400 ft
downstream from confluence with Conewango Creek, and at mile
188.7.
DRAINAGE AREA.--3,131 square miles.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--October 1988 to current year.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 1,168.0
ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Satellite telemtry at
station. Prior to November 10, 2022, the datum of gage was erroneously
reported as 1,169.04 ft above sea level.
COOPERATION.--Funding for the operation of this
station is provided by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh
District.
REMARKS.--Flow regulated by Allegheny Reservoir 8.7 mi
upstream since October 1965 and since 1941 by Chautauqua Lake.
