     05040004, on right bank, 400 ft. upstream from Olive Green Creek, 2.0
     mi downstream from Meigs Creak and 2.5 mi northwest of Beverly, OH.
 DRAINAGE AREA.--7627 mi2.
 PERIOD OF RECORD.--April 1993 to current year.
 GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Water-quality sampling site previously located
