The Lower Colorado River Authority uses the vertical datum established during the construction of the projects, which is known as the "Reservoir Datum", for reporting reservoir stage under parameter code 00062 Reservoir Elevation. The "Reservoir Datum" for 08154500 Mansfield Dam is 0.60 ft lower than the North American Vertical Datum 1988 (NAVD 88). USGS policy requires reservoir elevation to be referenced to NAVD 88. For user convenience, both datums are referenced. For additional information, contact USGS Oklahoma-Texas Water Science Center at 512-927-3500. These data are obtained from and available through the LCRA Hydromet website.
