LOCATION.--Lat 44° 24'33", long 111° 24'30"(Rev.)(NAD83), in SW1/4 sec.8, T.12 N., R.43 E., Fremont County, Island Park Dam quad., Hydrologic Unit 17040202, 3 mi downstream from Buffalo River, and 4 mi southwest of Island Park.

DRAINAGE AREA.--523 mi2.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--May 1935 to December 1940 (discontinued).

REVISED RECORDS.--WSP 1317: Drainage area.

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 6,165 ft above NGVD of 1929, from river-profile map.

REMARKS.--Flow regulated by Henrys Lake (sta 13039000) and Island Park Reservoir (sta 13042000).

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 2,150 ft3/s July 17-20, 1940, gage height, 3.11 ft; minimum, 188 ft3/s Nov. 16, 17, 1938, gage height, 1.02 ft.
