LOCATION.--Lat 43° 14'41", long 112° 11'06"(Rev.)(NAD83), in SE1/4 NW1/4 SE1/4 sec.13, T.2 S., R.36 E., Bingham County, Lincoln Creek quad., Hydrologic Unit 17040201, about 0.75 mi below highway bridge, 1.5 mi below the point where Sand Creek crosses the canal, just above the flume across Eastern Idaho Slough, about 5 mi above point which canal discharges into the Blackfoot River, and about 4 mi south of Firth.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--March 1914 to September 1918 (irrigation seasons only) (discontinued).
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 4,600 ft above NGVD, from topographic map.
REMARKS.--Canal diverts from the left bank of Snake River in sec.31 T.1 N., R.37 E., and discharges into Blackfoot River in sec.24, T.2 S., R.36 E., for irrigation of lands in Fort Hall project of Office of Indian Affairs. The canal also receives water from Sand Creek, 1.5 mi above station.
