LOCATION.--Lat 43° 57'59", long 113° 34'43"(Rev.)(NAD83), in NW1/4 SW1/4 sec.2, T.7 N., R.24 E., Custer County, Hydrologic Unit 17040218, Mackay quad., at point of diversion from Cedar Creek, immediately below the powerhouse of Mackay Light and Power Co., and 4 mi northeast of Mackay.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--May 1920 to October 1922 (discontinued).
GAGE.--Staff gage. Elevation of gage is 6,880 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
REMARKS.--Station is above all diversions. Flow regulated by headgates directly above gage. Water usually diverted only during irrigation season for irrigation of land northeast of Mackay; winter flow is mainly leakage through the headgates.
COOPERATION.--Gage height record and some discharge measurements furnished by water commissioner for Big Lost River.
