LOCATION.--Lat 43° 00'39", long 114° 36'32"(Rev.)(NAD83), in NW1/4 NE1/4 NW1/4 sec.7, T.5 S., R.16 E., Gooding County, Thorne Creek SE quad., Hydrologic Unit 17040219, on right bank at Manual Silva's ranch, 0.25 mi above Thorne Creek, and 8.5 mi northeast of Gooding.

DRAINAGE AREA.--1,821 mi2, revised.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--April 22, 1926 to May 9, 1927 (fragmentary) (discontinued). Monthly summary data for some periods not previously published in WSP 1317.

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 3,760 ft, by barometer.

REMARKS.--Numerous diversions for irrigation above station. Flow regulated by operation of headgates at Magic Dam and by diversions above gage.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge recorded, 156 ft3/s Apr. 23, 1926, gage height, 2.77 ft; no flow for long periods each year.
