DRAINAGE AREA.--140 mi². Mean elevation, 4,700 ft.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge determined, 4,100 ft³/s Feb. 10, 1962, gage height, 8.59 ft, from rating curve extended above 600 ft³/s, on basis of slope-area measurement at gage height 7.57 ft; maximum gage height, 10.95 ft, Feb. 1, 1963; no flow at times in many years. Flood of December 1955 reached a stage of about 10.2 ft, present (1962) site and datum (corrected), from floodmarks.
