LOCATION.--Lat 43° 00'11", long 115° 10'47" (NAD83), in NE1/4 SW1/4 sec.8, T.5 S., R.11 E., Elmore County, Hydrologic Unit 17040212, King Hill quad., about 0.2 mi upstream from mouth and 1.2 mi east of King Hill.

DRAINAGE AREA.--265 mi2, approximately.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--April 1985 to August 1993 (discontinued). March to October 2007 (gage heights only).

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage (1993) is 2,550 ft above NGVD 1929, from topographic map.

REMARKS.--Flow regulated by Pioneer Reservoir (sta 13154120) and other diversions upstream for irrigation.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--1985-93: Maximum discharge, 4,990 ft3/s Mar. 18, 1993, gage height 10.13 ft; minimum daily, 2.0 ft3/s July 31, 1992. March to October 2007: Maximum gage height, 6.14 ft, Mar. 12, 2007; minimum, 5.21 ft, Apr. 7, 16, 2007.
