LOCATION.--Lat 43° 54'10", long 115° 48'00"(Rev.)(NAD83), in SW1/4 NW1/4 sec.31, T.7 N., R.6 E., Boise County, Pioneerville quad., Hydrologic Unit 17050112, on right bank 0.25 mi upstream from headgates of Gold Hill placer diversion, 0.5 mi upstream from Forest King Gulch, and 5 mi north of Idaho City.

DRAINAGE AREA.--13.6 mi2, revised.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--February 1940 to November 1941 (discontinued).

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 4,570 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.

REMARKS.--No diversion or regulation above station.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 172 ft3/s Aug. 17, 1941, gage height, 2.48 ft, from rating curve extended above 60 ft3/s; minimum discharge, 3.6 ft3/s Aug. 20, 1940; minimum gage height, 0.90 ft Feb. 12, 20, 1940.
