LOCATION.--Lat 44° 05'57", long 114° 26'48"(Rev.)(NAD83), in SW1/4 NE1/4 NW1/4 sec.22, T.9 N., R.17 E., Custer County, ID, Hydrologic Unit 17060201, Bowery Creek quad., on right bank 950 ft upstream from mouth, and 11 mi south of Clayton.

DRAINAGE AREA.--18.4 mi2.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--June 1970 to September 1982, February 1983 to September 1986 (discontinued).

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 6,200 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.

REMARKS.--No regulation or diversion above station.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 570 ft3/s June 1, 1972, gage height, 5.84 ft; maximum gage height, 5.96 ft Jan. 31, 1975, ice jam; minimum discharge, 2.2 ft3/s Nov. 8, 1977, gage height, 3.34 ft.
