LOCATION.--Lat 44° 39'50", long 114° 01'39" (NAD27) in NW1/4 NW1/4 sec.6, T.15 N., R.21 E., on Custer-Lemhi County line, Ellis quad., Hydrologic Unit 17060202, on left bank 6 ft downstream from bridge on Burstedt Lane, 2.2 mi southeast of Ellis, and at mile 3.1.

DRAINAGE AREA.--820 mi2.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--May 1985 to April 1987 (discontinued).

GAGE.--Staff gage, read once daily by Idaho Fish and Game personnel.

REMARKS.--Diversions upstream for irrigation.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge observed, 574 ft3/s June 4, 1986, gage height, 2.60 ft; minimum observed, 67 ft3/s Apr. 30, 1987, gage height, 1.44 ft.
