LOCATION.--Lat 44° 42'29", long 113° 24'15" (NAD27), in NW1/4 NE1/4 sec.19, T.16 N., R.26 E., Lemhi County, West of Leadore quad., Hydrologic Unit 17060204, 2.2 mi downstream from Big Timber Creek, and 3.1 mi northwest of Leadore. PERIOD OF DAILY RECORD.-- WATER TEMPERATURES: December 1977 to March 1978 (discontinued).

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.-- WATER TEMPERATURES: Maximum, 17.0° C June 8, 9, 1978; minimum, 1.5 ° C Jan. 1, 2, 1978.

REMARKS.--Missing record July 17, 18 due to equipment malfunction.
