LOCATION.--Lat 44° 25'39", long 115° 17'39"(Rev.)(NAD83), in sec.29, T.13 N., R.10 E., Valley County, Blue Bunch Mountain quad., Hydrologic Unit 17060205, Boise National Forest, on right bank (at foot bridge) 250 ft downstream from Fir Creek, 3 mi upstream from the mouth, and 7 mi northwest of Cape Horn.

DRAINAGE AREA.--171 mi2, revised. Mean elevation, 7,040 ft.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--September 1921 to September 1928 (fragmentary), October 1928 to October 1960 (discontinued). Monthly discharge only for some periods, published in WSP 1317.

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 6,340 ft (by barometer).

REMARKS.--No regulation or diversion above station.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 3,860 ft3/s May 27, 1956, gage height, 5.87 ft, from rating curve extended above 2,300 ft3/s by logarathmic plotting; minimum recorded, 28 ft3/s Nov. 11, 1931, gage height, 0.87 ft.
