LOCATION.--Lat 45° 16'34", long 115° 41'50"(Rev.)(NAD83), in SE1/4 NE1/4 sec.3, T.22 N., R.6 E., Idaho County, Warren quad., Hydrologic Unit 17060207, on right bank 100 ft downstream from bridge on Warren-McCall road, 0.1 mi downstream from Steamboat Creek, and 1.3 mi northwest of Warren.
DRAINAGE AREA.--39.0 mi2, revised.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--February 1943 to December 1949 (discontinued).
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 5,830 ft above sea level, by barometer. Prior to Aug. 18, 1943, and June 12, 1948 to Sept. 24, 1948, staff gage 5 ft upstream at same datum. Aug. 18, 1943 to May 26, 1948, water-stage recorder 50 ft upstream at same datum.
REMARKS.--No diversions or regulation above station. Small amount of flow bypasses station through debris from dredging operations.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge observed, 11,000 ft3/s
June 3, 1948, gage height, 5.3 ft, site then in use, from floodmarks,
from rating curve extended above 400 ft3/s using slope-area method;
minimum, 4.2 ft3/s Dec. 27, 1943, Dec. 3, 1949.
