LOCATION.--Lat 28°12'02", long 81°39'17", referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in SE ¼ SW ¼ SW ¼ sec.19, T.26 S., R.19 E., Polk County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03080102, on dirt road 0.8 mi east of State Highway 27, and 2.0 mi south of the intersection State Highway 27 and Interstate Highway 4 and 4.2 mi northwest of Davenport. Owner: St. Johns River Water Management District.

AQUIFER.--Floridan aquifer system of the Tertiary System, Geologic Unit 120 FLRD.

WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Depth 151 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 108 ft, bottom of last opening 151 ft. Drilled, observation, unused, cased to 108 ft.

INSTRUMENTATION.--Water-stage recorder and data-collection platform.

DATUM.--Land-surface datum is 133.21 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of recorder shelf, 2.25 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 27, 2007, to present. Top of recorder shelf, 2.20 ft above land-surface datum, May 18, 1983 to Mar. 26, 2007.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--May 1983 to October 1985 (semiannually); October 1985 to September 1996; October 1996 to September 2001 (semiannually); October 2001 to March 2007 (monthly); April 2007 to current year.
