 LOCATION.--Lat 41°39'10", long 83°22'59" referenced to North 
    American Datum of 1927, Lucas County, OH, Hydrologic Unit 04100010, 
    on left bank, upstream side of Seaman Road bridge, 4 miles from the
    City of Oregon and 2 miles from Maumee Bay.
