LOCATION.--Lat 42° 39'30", long 114° 48'30" (NAD27), in NW1/4 NW1/4 SW1/4 sec.10, T.9 S., R.14 E., Twin Falls County, ID, Hydrologic Unit 17040212, Thousand Springs quad., on right bank 0.2 mi upstream from mouth, and 5.0 mi northwest of Buhl.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--August 1985 to October 1989 (discontinued).

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 2,910 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.

REMARKS.--Many irrigation diversions upstream. Summer flow is principally waste and return flow from irrigation and stock water, and is affected by operation of laterals and canals upstream.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge, 491 ft3/s Feb. 20, 1989, gage height, 7.95 ft; minimum daily, 16 ft3/s May 3, 8, 1987.
