LOCATION.--Lat 42° 55'53", long 115° 57'27"(Rev.)(NAD83), in NE1/4 SE1/4 sec.3, T.6 S., R.4 E., Owyhee County, C.J. Strike Dam quad., Hydrologic Unit 17050101, on left bank of Snake River, and 10 mi northwest of Bruneau.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--1985-87, discharge measurements only. April 1988 to September 1996 (irrigation seasons only) (discontinued).

GAGE.--In-line flow sensor with datalogger.

REMARKS.--In-line flow sensor rated by ultrasonic flowmeter. Canal carries water pumped from C.J. Strike Reservoir.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum daily discharge, 40 ft3/s Sept. 7, 8, 1988, Aug. 31, Sept. 1, 2, 4, 1992; no flow for long periods each year.
