STATION.--03086001 OHIO RIVER (LOWER POOL) AT SEWICKLEY, PA
LOCATION.--Lat 40`32'59", long 80`12'25", Allegheny County, Hydrologic Unit 5030101, at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Dashields Locks and Dam.
DRAINAGE AREA.--19,500 square miles, approximately.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--July 2010 to current year.
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Station maintained for stage readings only. Datum of gage is 669.46 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (from benchmark). Prior to February 21, 2024, the datum of gage was erroneously reported as 670.40 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929.
COOPERATION.--Funding for the operation of this station is provided by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, and the U.S. Geological Survey.
This station managed by the PAWSC Pittsburgh Field Office.
