USGS 13061300 GREAT WESTERN CANAL WASTE NR WOODVILLE ID

LOCATION.--Lat 43° 22'57", long 112° 10'19"(Rev.)(NAD83), in SE1/4 SW1/4 SE1/4 sec.25, T.1 N., R.36 E., Bingham County, Woodville quad., Hydrologic Unit 17040206, about 0.2 mi upstream from return to Snake River, and 2.0 mi northwest of Shelley.

PERIOD OF RECORD.--October 1985 to September 1988 (discontinued).

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 4,600 ft above NGVD, from topographic map.

REMARKS.--Flow is mostly irrigation waste from the Great Western Canal system.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum daily discharge, 260 ft3/s Feb. 19, 1986; no flow for long periods each year.
