Click to hide Water-Year Summary instructions and information
  • Water-Year Summary reports summarize a year of hydrologic data in a printer-friendly format.
  • For water years 2014 onward, choose a water year and parameter and an on-demand Water-Year Summary report will be generated.
  • For water years 2006 through 2013, choose a water year and an Annual Water Data Report will be provided.
  • For water years 2005 and earlier, Annual Water Data Reports may be available in digital format.
  • Not all sites have reports available for every water year.

COOPERATION - This gage is monitored in cooperation with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
REMARKS -
WATER-QUALITY RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD -

WATER TEMPERATURE:  November 2018 to current year.

SPECIFIC CONDUCTANCE:  November 2018 to current year.

DISSOLVED OXYGEN:  November 2018 to current year.

pH:  November 2018 to current year.

NITRATE:  November 2018 to current year.

INSTRUMENTATION -

Water-quality monitor consisting of temperature, specific conductance, dissolved oxygen, and pH.

Water-quality monitor measuring nitrate.

REMARKS -

During periods of higher water levels the Santa Fe River backs up into the spring run. The water quality data collected during these periods is not representative of water coming from the spring, but the Santa Fe River.

The water quality monitor was installed in a pump system from December 13, 2018 to March 1, 2022.  On March 1, 2022 the water quality monitor was deployed in the stream and the pump system was removed.

Extremes for current year and extremes for period of daily record are based on recorded values and may have been exceeded during periods of no record. November 2018 to current year, water temperature, specific conductance, dissolved oxygen, and nitrate, published as instantaneous maximum and minimum and daily mean; pH published as instantaneous maximum and minimum and daily median.
