LOCATION - Lat 30°43'12.7", long 90°05'00.6" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Washington Parish, LA, Hydrologic Unit 03180005, at bridge on State Highway 437, 0.5 mi south of Enon, 1.0 mile downstream from Nick Creek, and 1.4 miles upstream from Finneys Creek.
DRAINAGE AREA - 1,107 mi².
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - July 30 2021 to current.  September 1972 to November 2015 (Peak gage height only). 1974 to 1977 (Flood peak gage height). March 1949 to September 1963 (Flood peak gage height ).
GAGE - Water stage recorder.  Prior to July 2021 crest stage gage at same location. Datum of Gage is 0.368 feet Below NAVD88 ( GEOID18) EPOCH 2010.0000.  Prior to September 1963, datum of gage is 59.98 ft NGVD.

EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum gage height, 124.80 ft, Apr. 8, 1983 (discharge not computed). Maximum discharge, 18,600 ft/s, gage height, 102.67 ft on Aug. 31, 2021; minimum discharge, 814 ft/s, minimum gage height, 86.75 ft on Sept. 24, 2023.
