LOCATION - Lat 39°09'50", long 106°19'10" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, in NE 1/4 SW 1/4 sec.22, T.10 S., R.80 W., Lake County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 11020001, on right bank 60 ft downstream from private road bridge, 0.1 mi downstream from Empire Gulch, 0.4 mi downstream from bridge on U.S. Highway 24, 0.6 mi upstream from Dry Union Gulch, and 4.8 mi southeast of Malta.
DRAINAGE AREA - 238 mi².
