LOCATION - Lat 30°26'26", long 91°02'40" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, East Baton Rouge Parish, LA, Hydrologic Unit 08070202, at bridge on Old Hammond Highway. Station can be reached by starting at the intersection of Old Hammond Highway and Sherwood Forest Boulevard in Baton Rouge. Drive east 7/8 mile on Old Hammond Highway to reach gage.
DRAINAGE AREA - 14.7 square miles.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 1962 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder. Datum of Gage is NAVD 88. Prior to June 1, 1995 non recording gage at datum of gage 0.43ft below NAVD88.
COOPERATION - East Baton Rouge Parish Department of Public Works.
