LOCATION - Lat 39°59'25.2", long 105°49'47.2" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.06, T.1 S., R.75 W., Grand County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 14010001, on left bank 20 ft downstream from County Road 83 bridge, 1.2 mi upstream from Ranch Creek, and 0.8 mi east of Tabernash.
DRAINAGE AREA - 115 mi².
REVISIONS HISTORY - WDR-US-2011: Drainage area.
SURFACE-WATER RECORDS
PERIOD OF RECORD - May 2011 to September 2012 (seasonal records only), October 2012 to current year.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder with satellite telemetry and crest-stage gage. Elevation of gage is 8,350 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map.
REMARKS - Water year 2014; records good except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor. Water year 2015; records good except for the period June 10-22, which is fair, and estimated daily discharges, which are poor. Water year 2016; records good except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor. Water year 2017; records good except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor. Water year 2018; records good except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor. Water year 2019; records good except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor. Water year 2020; records good except for estimated daily discharges, which are poor. Transmountain diversions upstream from station through Berthoud Pass Ditch and to Moffat Water Tunnel (not known since 1968). Annual Mean and Annual Runoff totals significantly affected by upstream diversions into the Moffat water tunnel.
